Even though her road to stardom almost seemed like it happened over night, this could not be farther from the truth. At a very early age, JNL struggled in her life on all fronts. By this age the then named Jennifer Siciliano was 13, she experienced living almost poverty stricken, her parents divorcing when she was only one years old, leaving her mom and three siblings to fend for themselves. Life came fast and quick for this first generation Italian who lived in a small southern town, sometimes being racially attacked for her dark olive tone skin in Tennessee. Though her mom could not provide even the basic necessities, she did equip the now JNL with the tools to succeed no matter what came her way. "Even though my mom could not give us toys, she did give us the greatest gift of all, the gift of learning how to never give up." It's this fearless and sometimes ferocious free spirit that landed JNL the nickname "La Tigra", which translates to "The Tigress". And her passion is now waking up this invincible spirit in others as she works with them either in the gym, on her consultations, JNL Bikini Boot Camps, or her Fitness Evolution Program. "It's my mission to help everyone increase the quality of their life. If I help one person realize their true potential, then I have succeeded".



JNL enjoys providing a safe, fun, and motivational fitness weekend retreat for all fitness levels to come and reconnect and rediscover themselves. She is the host and creator of the JNL Bikini Boot Camp: Fitness Evolution Retreat, a three-day wellness escape at South Beach's luxurious Hotel Victor. Desiring to help women obtain a healthier sense of self and to build their confidence Jennifer Nicole Lee has designed a fitness program that will include yoga, pilates, weight training and cardio exercises. Additionally, the getaway will feature motivational seminars; cooking demonstrations of JNL approved meals using her secret "Super Food" ingredients, as well as one-on-one fitness consultations with Jennifer Nicole Lee.
